The main conclusion from the analysis of all diets: to lose weight is real and, in general, not difficult. Suffice it to go on a diet and stick to it for a while. It is much harder to hold weight. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to radically reconsider their usual food, because otherwise the dropped kilograms will return again and rather quickly.
